Meet The Hosts
Becky Biser
Becky Biser serves as the Director of Leadership Development for the Tarrant Baptist Association, a role she has held with dedication since joining the TBA team in 1977. Her extensive background includes serving as a staff member at the Riverbend Retreat Center and as a ministry assistant.
Becky is a natural connector and influencer with a passion for “shining to empower God’s chosen”. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a certified Church Consultant, and LifePlan facilitator. She helps churches and leaders find clarity and direction.
David Bowman
Dr. David Bowman is the Executive Director of the Tarrant Baptist Association. With over 20 years of experience as a pastor and as a former Congregational Strategist for Texas Baptists, David brings a wealth of strategic and pastoral wisdom to the podcast.
He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He is passionate about navigating leaders through personal transformation and strategic revitalization.
