Succession Planning Workshop

We have Will Heath (successionsherpa.com) coming to our offices on January 21 and 22 to train teams on navigating the succession process. Will normally charges $7,500 plus expenses to train a team over two days. We are charging each team $1,500 for the two-day training process. We are limiting this event to five or six teams.

Each team can schedule up to ten follow-up meetings with Will for an additional fee, or with Becky and David for free.

This process is valuable to a church, ministry, or nonprofit for replacing key staff members beyond the senior leader. Every leader at every level will transition out at some point. How much healthier will organizations be if they anticipate these transitions in a manner that celebrates staff members as they leave and purposefully onboard those who will steward those roles next?

You can send a team of three or four people to the training. We promise to take good care of them.
